Coming Attractions

With spring finally in view, the summer awaits us, offering a new season of promise. For those in search of insights, revelations, and new adventures, look to Alan Dean Foster and Michael Swanwick for new works that remind us why we love them, while Linda D. Addison makes her first appearance in F&SF celebrating Octavia E. Butler, who was born on the 22nd day of June.

Robert Grossbach returns with a timely sequel to his 2015 novella, "Entrepreneurs." Marie Vibbert returns as well with "The Plus-One," a story that will make you rethink what community means. We also have new novelets lined up from Maurice Broaddus and Rich Larson you won't want to miss, as well as new stories from Priya Chand, Natalia Theodoridou, Pan Morigan, and other exciting voices with stories you won't soon forget.

We thank you for your good wishes and new subscriptions, and look forward to continued growth this year. May these stories and poems keep you company and bring you joy and wonder as we face the bright, lengthening days of spring.
