Ferman, Ed  Avram Davidson: 1923-1993  1993 SEP  obit  tribute to Avram Davidson, who died May 9, 1993; was F&SF editor from 1962 APR to 1964 NOV; moved to Mexico during final year as editor, never missing a deadline, "though he once claimed that a missing manuscript was eaten by an iguana"
